If you cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to one hour before the start of your appointment there is no penalty.

However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than one hour notice from the start time, you will be charged the entire amount for the service.

While you are making your appointment you can input the name of your therapist in the note section. However, there is no guarantee that the same therapist will be available at the time of your request.

Each massage table is at least 6 feet long and longer and can be up to 3 feet wide. Therefore, you need to have enough room to accommodate the massage table and the therapist who also vary in height and width.

Our therapists are professionally trained and are highly skilled. If they have provided you with excellent service and you are moved to provide a tip, please feel free to do so.

Please note that our therapists are paid a fair wage and you are not obligated to tip.

You do not need to have your own massage table and sheets.

However, if you already have a massage table and if you would prefer to use your own sheets, then by all means let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. You can add this information in the notes section while booking your appointment.

We ask about parking while booking your appointment. If therapists can not find free parking in your area or there is no parking available, then you will be responsible to reimburse your therapists for parking fees incurred.
